I’m Josipa Kukucka, Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) with over nine years of experience in anesthesia and pain management, along with three years as an ICU registered nurse. My career has taken me from private doctors’ offices to ambulatory surgery centers and even the fast-paced environment of level one trauma centers. While I’ve valued every step of my journey, I’ve always wanted to create a space where I could connect with people in a more positive and uplifting way. That dream inspired my approach to medical aesthetics and the creation of Vinova Med.

After years of caring for patients who were often in the most challenging moments of their lives, I sought a change—one where I could help people feel confident, beautiful, and empowered. Medical aesthetics is my passion because it brings joy, not just to my clients but to me as well. Seeing someone’s face light up, because they feel and look their best is the most rewarding part of my work.
